The hotel offers average rooms that are comfortable enough for the room rate, with most having a view over the pool, cold air conditioning, and a balcony. The service is consistently helpful and friendly, with additional amenities like a day spa and tourism desk available. The location is very convenient, right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The dining experience could use more variety, but the facilities are satisfying overall.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to ATMs, restaurants, marketplaces, and the beach within a short walk. The rooms are safe and reasonably well-kept, although the first room we were offered upstairs was a bit dark and gloomy. The service was exceptional, with staff introducing themselves and being attentive to our needs. The dining experience offered good value with a variety of traditional Indonesian breakfast options.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice, and the location was great. However, the lack of a decent hair dryer was a downside, but being relocated to an excellent room the next day made up for it.

I couldn't have asked for a better location with the hotel being right next to the beach and close to shops. The room was a great family space with a view of the pool, though the stairs could be a hassle with kids and belongings. Everything was clean, and the staff was super friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, there was some noise from the pool area and the neighboring properties.
